Synopsis
Démoralisé par son train-train abrutissant, Pierre décide de troquer la sueur de l’usine pour la clim de l’hôtel. Enfermé avec trois autres chambreurs dans une suite dont les fenêtres laissent filtrer un morne demi-jour, il fera l’expérience d’une oisiveté apparemment tout aussi stérile que son affairement, jusqu’à ce que, de cette grisaille étouffante, naisse une idée...

Après un parcours en animation, en dessin et en vidéoclips, son premier film solo SKINNY BOTTINES est sélectionné à la Semaine de la Critique en 2026.

Maxime Genois
Maxime Genois est réalisateur et acteur. Diplômé du Conservatoire des arts dramatiques de Montréal, il réalise son troisième court-métrage Aujourd'hui c'est dimanche, demain on meurt. En tant que metteur en scène, il collabore avec l'Opéra de Montréal et le Centre national des arts du Canada. Il est également acteur de théâtre et de cinéma. Il a travaillé avec Denis Marleau, Catherine Vidal, Claude Poissant, Jonathan Beaulieu-Cyr, Xavier Dolan et Sophie Deraspe.
