Alain Fournier has scripted and directed several short fiction and animation films that have won awards at festivals and been broadcast around the world. He is particularly interested in Supernatural Drama genre by staging worlds and atmospheres that stand out visually. On the animation side, he has constantly explored with multiple hybrid methods, moving from puppetry to 3D. GÉANT BEAUPRÉ is a new animated short film, mixing stopmotion and 3D this time, and recounting the life and death of the famous French-Canadian giant.
