MAKING BABIES is a raw film about the roller-coaster ride of emotions that two fading lovers can experience. It's gritty, it's vulgar, it's bumpy, but in the end, it's also an ode to love and solidarity, a film that I wanted to be generous and unifying.

Eric K. Boulianne is a prolific Canadian screenwriter who explores both mainstream & auteur cinema. His filmography includes Petit Frère (Cannes Critics’ Week), PRANK (Venice Critics’ Week), Menteur (top Canadian box-office in 2019) et Viking (TIFF Platform competition). Faire un enfant is a return to directing after many years behind a laptop.
